We are Amy and John Simmonds, and we have had the privilege of partnering with Little Smiles of Florida for the past five years. Through our team at Compass, we have been dedicated to supporting their mission of bringing joy and smiles to children facing tough times. This partnership has been one of the most rewarding aspects of our work and personal lives. 

Our First Steps with Little Smiles 

Our journey with Little Smiles began five years ago when we learned about their incredible work during the holiday season. We were moved by their dedication to helping children in hospitals, shelters, and foster care homes experience the joy and magic of the holidays, and we knew we wanted to be a part of this effort. 

From the very start, the Holiday Toy Drive resonated with us. The idea that we could help bring a smile to a child’s face by simply collecting and donating toys was powerful. We started small, organizing toy drives within our community and engaging clients and friends to contribute. The overwhelming response and the tangible impact we’ve seen on children’s lives have fueled our commitment to do more each year, making us all proud of what we’ve achieved together. 

Growing Together 

Each year, our involvement with the Holiday Toy Drive has grown. We’ve seen firsthand how these toys positively impact children’s lives. From planning and organizing the drives to delivering the toys to Little Smiles, every step of the process has been a labor of love. 

The most heartwarming part of this journey has been witnessing the sheer joy and uncontainable excitement of the children who receive the toys. Their smiles and laughter remind us why we do what we do and inspire us to keep pushing forward, making us all feel part of something truly special. 

Engaging Our Community 

Our partnership with Little Smiles has also strengthened our bond with the community. We’ve hosted numerous events, from holiday parties to fundraising initiatives, all aimed at supporting Little Smiles and spreading the word about their fantastic work. The incredible generosity of our clients, friends, and neighbors has been a constant source of inspiration. It truly takes a village, and we are deeply grateful for the support we’ve received over the years, making us all feel appreciated and valued. 

Drop Off Box 

This year, we’re excited to announce that we will have a toy drop-off box at our Compass office, making it even easier for everyone to contribute to the Holiday Toy Drive. We invite you to stop by, drop off a new, unwrapped toy or gift card, and help us make this holiday season memorable for needy children. We are deeply grateful for your past support and look forward to continuing this journey with you. Our office is located at 5370 Donald Ross Road, Palm Beach Gardens FL. We are in the Alton Shopping Plaza!  

Looking Ahead 

As we look to the future, we are more committed than ever to supporting Little Smiles and its mission. We aim to make each Holiday Toy Drive bigger and better, ensuring every child in need has a reason to smile during the holiday season. We are also exploring new ways to support Little Smiles year-round, from volunteer opportunities to additional fundraising efforts. 

Working with Little Smiles has been a profoundly rewarding experience for us. It’s about more than just collecting toys; it’s about making a real difference in the lives of children who need it most. We are honored to be a part of this incredible organization and look forward to continuing our partnership for many years.
